Bref, emplacement de choix très très prisé à Annecy. L'appartement de 36 m2, tout juste rénové en janvier 2018 est très lumineux et est équipé pour recevoir 4 personnes confortablement. Very cosy atmosphere . 150 m from the shores of the Lake Ideal for a couple in love , or for small family with 1 or 2 children (between 7 and 17 years)

Vous apprécierez mon logement en dernier étage pour la vue, le confort, le calme, la luminosité, la proximité des commerces et surtout du lac. Un parking est à votre disposition. Je m’efforce de nettoyer et de désinfecter les lieux tout en respectant les règles préconisées par airbnb afin que vous soyez sereins dès votre arrivée.

Appt 40 m2 , classé 3 * "meublé de tourisme" entièrement équipé dans résidence standing avec parking privé, près du lac et à 20 mns à pied de la vieille ville (5mns en voiture). Quartier animé le vendredi et samedi soir et l'été en raison de la proximité des commerces et de la plage.
