Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Annapolis

It was a great and very calm place to stay!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Had an amazing stay here! Bob and Beth were extremely responsive hosts and provided a lot of clear instructions on how to find the carriage house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great coffee set up. The surrounding gardens are so lovely! Was quiet and walkable to the local downtown area

We chose John's place because it was a block from our Son's house in Butcher's Hill. We would choose it again because it was a beautiful place with everything you could need thoughtfully supplied. John was super responsive to every question and communication, which is a big plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

This place was so peaceful. I really felt comfortable and relaxed. It’s a very beautiful area.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

I stayed here for a wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. It was in a great location, only 10 minutes from the venue and only 5 minutes from cute eateries on the water. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Val’s home. Nice walkable, safe neighborhood and outstanding restaurants nearby. Val was a very accommodating and attentive host. We would love to return again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was perfectly situated in quaint Annapolis, very close to the USNA, and as a family of Navy grads, we loved the convenience and nostalgic feel. The house was clean and very comfortable - beds, linens, and towels were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was a little sparse in terms of cookware and there was no drip coffee pot, but otherwise we made everything work. In hindsight, it was definitely on the expensive side of the spectrum for what it was, but we did have a wonderful time.

Very peaceful surroundings, you are out on a point overlooking the bay, with lots of outside space to relax in the mornings to enjoy your morning tea/coffee. I loved having the real fireplace and enjoyed an evening fire on the more chillier evenings. Felt at home and comfy.

This house was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for a large group.

We had a fantastic experience. The home is full of charm and character. It was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the waterfront, and plenty of great restaurants and shops. We especially loved how quiet the neighborhood felt despite being so close to downtown. Communication with the host was seamless, check-in was easy, and every detail felt well thought-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis.

I was impressed by how clean and uncluttered Ricky’s place was. It was definitely a benefit that parking was included, though it was a little awkward loading and unloading and getting to and from the parking garage. Garage was a block away and secure with lots of cars nicer than mine haha.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

We loved the modern decor and appreciated the extra thoughtful amenities. A wonderful place to return to after a long day of walking in DC. Great place to stay. Close to cafes, restaurants, the metro. Ida’s instructions were great and the accommodation was exactly as described. We loved the accommodation and the neighbourhood and would choose to stay here again.
