Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Annapolis

The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Just what we needed to get away from the busy house where everyone else was staying. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has several basics like olive oil and a few mini waters and instant coffee. It’s a quirky house with charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

It was a lovely home that was well situated near DC, Annapolis & other coastal entertainment areas. We especially enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood & many nearby walks with gorgeous water views. Having a king bed ensuite & 1.5 additional baths plus a fenced in yard for our dog made our stay most enjoyable. We would certainly stay again when next in the area.

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

We had and excellent stay and the house was gorgeous. Kate communicated clearly and was very compassionate about why we needed to be there; one of our best friends funeral. She understood our issues and made it very convenient for my myself and the other guests. If you need a place in the area it's by far the first and only choice to make! Thank you again, Kate. Both hosts were so responsive to my questions. The house had everything I needed truly for my guests and I to enjoy ourselves. The surround sound system was such a nice touch. All the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything in terms of utensils to cook fab meals. It is in the very rural side of Maryland and there isn’t a ton to do, but wow the house was beautiful and beyond peaceful.

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay here...a wonderful home base when visiting DC! Colorful, cozy, sparkling clean & spacious...we enjoy comfortably relaxing in a convenient city location. So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

Beautiful and spacious sousterrain. Living room with kitchenette, spacious bathroom and separate bedroom with good bed. Parking with permit on the street, not always in front of the door unfortunately, but doable. Half an hour walk to the Capitol. And the metro station at Union Station is a fifteen minute walk away. We were there the three nights we could stay there very happy!

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

Thrilled we were able to stay! Disappointed we had to leave. We will certainly keep it in mind for a future visit.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

We were on a road trip and could not have asked for a better place to arrive to! Just so beautiful and so welcoming! A place I would love to live in, nevermind visit! The hosts were excellent communicators, supportive of our plans, and even left a lovely note - and wine! And a coffee bar! Five stars all day long!

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

I had a fantastic stay at DiMitri’s place! He was extremely communicative, responsive, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The fast WiFi and thoughtful accommodations made it an ideal spot for my remote work. DiMitri was flexible, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable. The other guests in the home were just as great—friendly, respectful, and helpful. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful community that still offers easy access to DC, Virginia, and various parts of Maryland. Dimitri is undoubtedly one of the best hosts I've met. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. the house was very clean and very well kept. Dimitri was more than accommodating and even offered to give me a ride if I needed it. I can't say enough about Dimitri and his house. I have already begun to recommend him to others.
