This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

It was a lovely location for our family to gather and celebrate my niece's law school graduation. Everything went smoothly! We had a little trouble with getting into the place, but that was revolved quickly! Thanks! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Connie's was perfect. The studio apartment was immaculate, and exactly what is offered in the listing. The location is great with it's proximity to DC. There is a shopping center and a variety of restaurants nearby. A plus is the quiet location and a trail/park a short walk away. Connie is friendly with quick responses to requests and questions. Having family in the area, we definitely will rent again. Thanks for a great experience.

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far - and I’ve been booking for years. This place looks great in photos but even more beautiful in person. Very comfortable, quiet, peaceful and landscaping was breathtaking. I even forgot a personal belonging after checking out and the host delivered it to me the next day. 5/5 stars!🤩

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

A quiet space with lovely garden view, just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive, quick to address the minor issues I had, and friendly without being intrusive. In addition to the many good points mentioned in reviews by previous guests, I especially appreciated the nightlights in the apartment and the outdoor lighting along the walkway. I hope this place is available the next time I'm in the area!

This was a gem of a stay in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants but felt secluded and serene. Easy for those needing to commute to DC. Felt like a home away from home.

This is the second time I was at Isabella 's place. We had Annie's place this time. The water view view and the beautifully themed decor are absolutely gorgeous. It's so close to DC and such a lovely getaway. It's in the heart of historic Occuquan surrounded not only by the awesome restaurants but also near the waterfall and park, which is perfect to stroll around after dinner. Thanks, Isabella - for a lovely stay. We look forward to returning.

We spent a very pleasant few days visiting Washington D.C. and the local area. Metro access was easy, we parked at West Falls Church. Accommodation had everything we needed, definitely worth the stay.

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
