Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Annandale

Juniper Place was a more than lovely stay for our 2 families. The home was pristine, beds were amazingly comfortable, kitchen, dining area nicely accommodated. The backyard with fireplace was an added bonus that we enjoyed several evenings during our stay, basement with additional living space and gaming for teens was also great! Kitchen snacks, drinks and amenities was a wonderful touch! Great property and great host, highly recommended!! Job well done Jack :-}

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood . It was very clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It worked out wonderful. We’re really glad that we picked this location for our stay in Springfield Virginia. The backyard. Was great for dogs. The fence worked out. I give the house nothing but good praises ! We had a family event over the Memorial Day weekend and booked Tewodros’s place in Alexandria for 3 nights. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area with wooded land in the back. Inside it was neat, uncluttered, spotless and tastefully decorated. The living areas had ample seating for us to unwind at the end of the day. The beds were extremely comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep. Small things like charging ports for cellphones at the bedside tables were an added convenience. We parked one of our cars in the garage so we could park three cars without problems. Tewodros was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The location of the house is great for trips to DC and the surrounding areas but I wish we had more free time just to relax in the house itself.

The rooms were very large. The living area was very comfortable and well set up with furniture and large TV. The kitchen was huge and it was large enough so one person could be watching TV and the other could be sleeping in the bedroom with no noise. Since the location in the basement, we can hear the pipes with water running through. Could hear some sounds above, but not too much. The shower is a bit small and located in a closet, the kitchen has a hot plate which was helpful. The location was close to a bus route to a metro station on weekdays, however, it was a bit of a walk to restaurants and stores since I had no car when my wife took the car to work. Over all it was a great place to stay and the host was very helpful.

Eric was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time staying at this carriage house! It has everything you need and is conveniently located one block from King St. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place ! Beautiful and very clean! Host was easy to communicate with

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

This place feels like home. A kitchen and a laundry room are all we need. The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor environment. This is a comfortable place. Gale responded to all questions promptly.

We had a wonderful night in no small part to our great experience with Roger. He was so helpful and gracious and had such a upbeat and positive presence. The accommodations were so very nice and beautifully appointed. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Would love to stay for a few days so we can really enjoy Occoquan.

Stayed here for two nights, Micheal was an impeccable host. The place was just as described, near to everything, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Trish’s place was very clean , cozy and spacious! She is a very polite host and we would certainly come back if visiting Bethesda again!

I came back just a few days later because I could not stop thinking about this place. The gas fireplace once again created the perfect cozy environment after long workdays. The unit is not only beautiful but also perfectly equipped for an extended stay. Everything I needed to feel settled and focused was already there. The hosts were just as wonderful the second time. Still one of my favorite stays in DC.

Fantastic place to stay for us. We were on the go constantly from one event to the next and Heather’s place was perfectly located for us to freshen up and change easily. There were plenty of restaurants and stores right nearby as well. The proximity to the metro was amazing. After leaving late one night from an event, we realized just how easy and shorter than expected the walk back to the house was. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot for this trip. We’d definitely come back.

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

This place and our stay exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated all the deliberate attention to detail with big necessities and small conveniences. The bathroom in the master bedroom was phenomenal and we loved being able to play music from the fridge! There was also very adequate sleeping accommodations. It was overall a great experience.

This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Even though it's an older home with original wood on floors and stairs, the wall finishes looks fairly fresh and the kitchen is all upgraded with current amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a large backyard with lawn furniture, grass and trees. The sun room was so comfortable for seating and playing cards, and the office had a nice futon-type bed that folded out for extra sleeping space. The primary bedroom, walk in closet, and bath are super large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants were within a mile of the house, including a Trader Joe's. The only drawback was car sounds at night from Washington Blvd but we got used to it. During our reservation process, Aman addressed my many questions quickly and fully, particularly in terms of what they had for my 1 year old grandson (toys, high chair, port a crib). During our stay, we also communicated easily a few times as questions came up.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. What a fantastic place! We were eight friends getting together from points N, S, E, and W to check out nearby Glenstone. The house is a wonder - so impressive - so distinct and such a pleasure to spend a few days in. We cooked a meal using the very well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is divine - really idyllic. We did morning walks and runs and enjoyed the spring air and blooming trees. We’ll be back when the pool and back deck are open and the weather is warm! Kat was a communicative and helpful host.
