Our cosy studio is perfect for a relaxing stay for up to two people. We are located less than a two minute drive or a ten minute walk to Miltown Malbay, home to the annual Willie Clancy Festival of traditional Irish music. The beautiful Spanish Point beach is only a five minute drive away and for those who enjoy surfing, Lahinch is a fifteen minute drive.

Set in the splendid isolation of South Connemara, Keeper’s cottage is one of two neighbouring cottages in the grounds of Fermoyle Lodge, a Victorian fishing lodge built in 1875. The cottage boasts extensive gardens and spectacular views of the mountains. Close to coral sand beaches and lakes, yet within 40 minutes of cosmopolitan Galway City, the cottage is perfectly positioned. Great hiking, boating and a good choice of restaurants/pubs with live music are within a 15/20 minute drive.
