Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

Amanda was an amazing host—communication was fast, clear, and super helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool. It was beautifully maintained and peaceful. The provided beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart—was such a thoughtful touch. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking with Amanda again. Highly recommend!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

We had a great week in this fantastic house. It had everything we needed and booth the house and the surroundings are really nice. We are a family of five (3 teenage boys) and we had a lot of space in the big house. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt really welcomed by Jack and his wife. We truly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who will spend their vacation at Floridas west coast. Thank you Jack for letting us stay in your home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

DO NOT STAY HERE, Especially during early April 2026!!! I'm kidding of course. my wife's family has been visiting Sarasota for over 40 years and this was a wonderful way to spend the week. Their condo building was under repair so we stayed at Kristian's. The pool is AMAZING and our 5-year-old had an absolute blast the whole week. The landscaping around the pool is top notch and gives it a very secluded feeling. Great house. Great host.

Very beautiful cozy place, we enjoyed it!

The place is awesome, great space layout, everything you need, VERY clean and well maintained. Kitchen is worth a special mention - it is fantastic !!! It has pretty much everything for even gourmet cooking (including gas stove, oven is a dream - omelette, broil, you name it). Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlors, just walking around the neighborhood is very pleasant. The host is very nice, quick to respond. The whole experience was very low stress, which is key for someone like us who came for a short vacation. We enjoyed our time and will hopefully be back.

You could pay the same for a hotel in this area if you want, but here you get an immense amount of space for your family to spread out, have privacy, and relax! The neighborhood is nice, the home has everything you need, and although the pool is a tad small it is PRIVATE! 😊 The rules are easy-peasy and short unlike other AirBNBs. Wonderful stay and will look to book next time we're in the area.

Sandy Crab was an absolute delight. We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with enough space to let you enjoy family time and big enough to have a little self time. The pool was great as well as the view to the creek. The beach is less than a 10 minute drive and there are lots of great restaurants. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, they helped us with some very specific needs and were very responsive. It felt like we arrived in heaven! Thank you!
