Beachfront holiday rental in Anna Maria

Had a wonderful time here! The property was exactly as described and Matthew was always available & communicative, should we have needed anything. You truly can't beat this location! Close to everything you'll need for short trips or long ones. If you're thinking of staying here, DO IT!

My family and I were so excited to be able to return this summer, to Kamiron's beautiful place! It exceeded our expectations just like the year before. Kamiron is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had, and we hope to return again soon! Her place is fully stocked with everything you might need, it's so clean and decorated so beautifully! We love the cozy beds, the layout of the house, and it's located centered to every restaurant or shop you will love. The beach is stunning to wake up to, and enjoy coffee sitting on the cozy- large porch. I love, that the ocean is just a very short walk from her place. It's all so amazing! We cannot say enough about it! Thanks again for great communication and your lovely home away from home!

Morgan included all of the amenities. It was great to have all of the beach gear for our 4yo to play with. Pool is shared between four condo units. Great location only two blocks from the beach and right behind a plaza with the grocery store, cafes, ice cream, and bike rentals.

We absolutely loved staying at AMI Retreat! The pool was great and loved having in the backyard, the beach access was close by and we would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. Can't wait to come back!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Stephanie’s place is way better than we expected. All I can say is that it was perfect. The house & the location were fantastic. I would like to mention that the beds were very comfy which is something important to us. Who couldn’t love stepping out the door & the beach being right there!

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

This was a great vacation for my family, including two boys ages 10 and 12. Anna Maria Island is a wonderful place! We loved all the local restaurants. The location is perfect right in the middle of the island . We were close to the beach and free the trolley is right out front. We absolutely loved the bagel place next-door and having a grocery store so close. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the boys had their own room to hang out in. The space was clean and the pool was also a nice amenity. Communication with the host was great! We would come back.

This is a wonderful place. The spot is great, very walkable to a big open section of Bean Point Beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find the walking path one house away. The house was clean and had nice comfortable touches like blankets on the couch, a beach bag & cooler for the beach, plus the pool & hot tub were good temperatures. We enjoyed riding golf carts around the island & watching the sunset nightly at the beach. The house seemed a bit expensive for being an older home (well updated though) but we were there Christmas week so I think all prices were higher. All in all I was happy with the house and location. Thank you for having us!

Our stay was amazing. This studio was exactly as described, and Heidi was the most responsive and thorough host! She made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy her little piece of paradise on Longboat Key! She's thought of it all and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. She communicated an earlier check-in with us, and the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Dolphins from the backdoor, sea turtles nesting every night, and the beach just a few steps away were some of our favorite memories! We had a few minor inconveniences (no fault of Heidi's), and she went above and beyond to repair the issues and make sure we were comfortable and accommodated . We already miss this place and cannot wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay ! We even extended our stay and extra day because of how much fun we were having! This location is perfect! It’s close to Publix, restaurants, and literally almost on the beach. Our kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The pool is shared but it never once felt crowded and it was very clean. The condo itself was very nice and clean! Fawn was also very helpful and responsive! Thankful for this great trip!

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

Our stay at Casa Bonita was truly a five star experience. The location was great, just steps from the beach access crossing and bridge street where we enjoyed, shops, dining and drinks. No ubers needed! The actual space itself exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of space for lounging inside and out. The pool area offered shading and full sun areas, with games and a bathroom/shower located outside for easy rinsing off. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach trip including towels, floats and a wagon. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean with all of the essentials. And our host Kelly was very responsive with anything we needed. We will certainly be back to Casa Bonita!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was a beautiful little oasis—perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Leah was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! This beachfront stay was absolutely perfect. It was so clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Will was a wonderful host. The beach is literally right outside the back door!! The porch area was super roomy and we were able to spend the stormy day on it. We will definitely be back.

Fins to the right is directly on the beach and is the perfect location for some R&R. It has just been refurbished and is beautifully decorated and specked. It was sad to see the devastation from the hurricanes, but didn’t detract from our holiday. We had a fantastic 6 nights away. We may be back if we venture back to this part of the world again. I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful place on Anna Maria Island, hosted by Ulrike. Ulrike was a great and responsive host—quick to reply and helpful throughout the trip. The home was very well-equipped, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely stunning and added so much to the experience. Overall, the stay was incredibly enjoyable, and I’d gladly return. Highly recommended!
