My stay at the Rock House was incredible -- absolutely one of the most unique, spotless, adorned, and beautiful homes I've had the fortune to stay in. Tamela was proactively helpful, gracious, and curates a comprehensively equipped space -- everything you could hope for in an Airbnb host! I appreciated all of the touches that made my stay seamless, as well as the very comfortable beds. The location is also very peaceful, historic, and walkable. 10/10 stay; do yourself a favor and stay at the Rock House whenever you find yourself in the greater Detroit area!

We were visiting Ypsilanti to attend a wedding. The location of the house was great, easily walkable to Depot Town (where the bus for the wedding picked us up). We brought both of our dogs with us and they loved the backyard and nearby park.

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

Cute and comfortable. Ann Arbor hotels are so expensive—this was a good value for 2 bedrooms. The backyard is perfect for kids and pets.

We had a fantastic experience overall. The property and furnishings were beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained. One unexpected part of the process was being presented with an additional rental contract before the booking was finalized. However, it was straightforward and easy to understand, and I appreciate why it was necessary. The hosts were excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. We truly wished we had more time to enjoy the home. The amenities were fantastic. Our kids especially loved making s’mores at the fire pit, and the pool table in the garage was a great bonus. My parents came to visit for Mother’s Day while we were in Michigan for our son’s upcoming surgery at a local hospital. This home gave us a chance to create special memories and feel comfortable and at peace during a stressful time. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely loved Jacob and Megan’s place. It is in a quaint but quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors while being close to some great stores and restaurants. We especially loved being able to walk around Newburgh Lake every day. When we needed a larger pot to cook some pasta, Megan brought one right over. We’re hoping to make this our new “go-to place in Michigan” whenever we come to visit relatives.

The host was responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and peaceful. Everything we needed for our family.

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Really cute and beautiful house. Thank you for the stay!!

We loved our stay. It was just as described. Very nice place and peaceful. Judi has anything you could possibly need. Everything we forgot, she had. Including aspirin and travel sized bottles of mouthwash. Her communication was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks, Judi!

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown Ann Arbor. The house was clean and cozy and had everything you might need. Dave was very responsive when we had questions and check in and out was seamless. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb and Dave was a great host.

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for graduation weekend. Right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the stadium and the heart of Ann Arbor. The apparent was clean and newly renovated. Jesse was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. I recommend it 100%

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

This Airbnb is one of my favorites that I have stayed in. It was very accommodating. I was surprised at all the little details they included to ensure you felt welcomed. More than enough towels and linens and toys for my kids.

Betty’s lake house was great for our trip. She prepared lots of goodies for us and was quick to respond and extremely flexible and accommodating! My favorite part was coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful view and fishing from her large pier area. The house is very spacious and welcoming. It is on a very busy road so it was a bit loud at times but the peacefulness on the deck seemed to make the noise less distracting. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway! Stay here!! This house was absolutely perfect for our stay and Evelyn and Spencer were wonderful hosts. The house was pristine and had everything we needed (and then some!). We spent our days out on our post, access was minutes down the road, and were within a short drive to a ton of local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The kitchen at the house has everything you could possibly need to cook dinner, or you could use the grill too. Nice fire pit area behind the house to relax. Dexter Brunch House was great for breakfast! If you like hard cider you have to check out Ore Creek right down the road. Would definitely stay again - highly, highly recommend! Five stars aren’t enough.
