The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und harmoniert perfekt mit der malerischen Umgebung. Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

Whether with the whole family, as a group of friends or even for a break in the familiar, small team, our villa offers the right mix of space for cozy get-together and retreat thanks to the separately accessible apartments. Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all sorts of constellations - especially in spring and summer, where the garden and numerous seating options open up further possibilities. Dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.
