In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Our vacation home is one of the oldest farmhouses in the village. We restored it with a lot of love and brought it back to its old condition as best we could. We tried to use only historical building materials such as clay and wood. Rumpshagen is located directly in front of the Müritz National Park. It is located in a secluded location between Röbel and the village of Solzow, not far from the Müritz. Please take into account that we are from org. Reasons to have a minimum stay of 3 nights.
