Organized as a duplex, your charming bed and breakfast consists on the one hand of a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, and on the other hand a living room equipped with a kitchen. The decoration is an alliance of tradition and modernity where the original stone and terracotta floors rub shoulders with the canvases of a contemporary artist. The cottage is composed of a living room with a lot of character, a mezzanine living room, fully equipped kitchen, a very large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The house is naturally cool in summer. The cozy atmosphere will charm you. Private closed garage. There is a restaurant in the village. 2 km from the nautical base, in the heart of the Condrieu and Saint-Joseph vineyards, cellars to visit, 20 minutes from the Peaugres Safari, Pilat Park, many hikes from the house.

Centre Salaise Sur Sanne, in a quiet cul-de-sac, 2 km from the A7 Chanas interchange (exit 12), 10 km from the Peaugres safari, 8.7 km from the St Alban power station, close to all shops: Green 7, shopping area around Carrefour. Bakery 160 meters away. 45 minutes from Valencia and Lyon, 20 minutes from Vienna. In addition to a home all to yourselves, you will have a small outdoor area at the front of the cottage. Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.
