The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. Please check "Other Details To Note". €10 pet fee per dog per visit. Unsterilised female dogs in season not allowed.

Water from the well, filtered and safe to drink, ecological and efficient fire-place to keep you warm in the cold season. Recuperation cleans the air, water is re-used for garden watering and toilet flush. No concrete used in the house! Clay walls. No other buildings to within 1km. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.
