We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. Thank you Shirley and John for such a great stay!

A lovely cottage away from the town, set amongst wonderful wildlife and dark night skies. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming with a stocked wood pile, good heating and hot water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you expect. It was all you imagine about an old country cottage which retained some old features from the past but has been updated to ensure that you wanted for nothing. It is definitely a place I will return to again.

Myself and my two daughters and my daughter’s partner had a lovely stay here. Beautiful house clean and welcoming. Lovely touches - home made jam and scones. Lots of lovely walks nearby and good amenities. Would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit.

This little cottage was amazing. the decor and facilities were perfect, down to the welcome message and little bags of sweets on arrival. 5 adults shared the space and it was not at all cramped. We cooked and ate a meal in the kitchen/living space no problem. A large Tesco and several restaurants are a short walk away, parking was easy and there is a good bus service that we used because we were walking the Cateran trail. This is honestly one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it, if you need a place to stay in Blairgowrie.

Took us a little time to find our way to where we found that the access staircase was on the reverse/back of the building, looking towards the river, rather than on the street. Other than that we easily just followed Helen's instructions and quickly got into the house. The house was very tidy and cosy with superb views onto the river and harbour. It was great to find the welcome pack/supplies which included tea and instant coffee and marmalade and jam. .The whole house was very clean and tidy and cosy. The kitchen was lovely and modern and I really appreciated the supply of ground coffee for use in the cafetiere which was provided. We quickly settled in and also appreciated the big-screen tv, and the leaflets and books about the history etc of the area of Ferryden. Helen is a very good host and made us feel welcome with a smashing wee property for visitors to rent. Thanks to this we had an enjoyable wee break.

Lovely location, off the beaten track. We loved sitting in the conservatory watching the sun setting over the hills - and the bats emerging and off for their night forays. Good facilities for cooking and hanging out/airing our washing. Lots of hot water too.

Great place for a large group to stay, very comfortable.

The house felt very spacious, homely and peaceful. The sauna was fun and the kitchen was well equipped. There were a group of 9 of us and we enjoyed our stay in this house.

Gorgeous cottage - loved our stay. Well equipped and bed was really comfortable. Hot tub was brilliant with a great view of the local countryside. Being able to book exclusive use in the pool was an amazing bonus.

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Broch. The accommodation is immaculate and has everything you need. David was on hand to answer any queries and got back to us immediately when questions asked. The swimming pool was amazing also and our little boy absolutely loved it - fab that you get slots to yourself. The only thing we would suggest was possibly blinds in the living/bedroom area. Because the building is all glass, it’s was uncomfortably warm inside and it was quite difficult to sleep! Minor thing for such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning with the rest of our family. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

Murray's place was warm comfortable and a delight to stay in. It was well appointed and beautifuly clean. To be strongly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The nature surrounding the property was beautiful and peaceful. The house itself was cozy and well equipped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a relaxing nature getaway.

An absolutely perfect place to stay. This is beautiful accommodation, so comfortable and very well designed to utilize the space. It was spotlessly clean and had every promised amenity. We loved the deck overlooking the river. In fact we loved everything and can’t wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dreish pod at Nether Finlarg. John was a speedy and responsive host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a week -4 adults and 5 dogs. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack which was informative with phone numbers and local amenities, plus it contained multiple treats - an unexpected but welcomed bonus! Beautiful property, very well presented and furnished. Very clean with lots of facilities such as towels, plates, pans, washer and drier etc. surrounding area is so peaceful with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The rear garden is secure and well maintained with plenty of seating and space to relax. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with ample storage. The showers are wonderful - hot and powerful. There is ample parking space straight outside the property. Helen was fab at communicating throughout, and checked everything was ok once we checked in. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We would definitely stay again 😊

What a beautiful little cottage, it was perfect. I shall definitely be staying again in the future. The only downfall was that the pub across the road had recently shut down! But the Arch cafe up the street definitely made up for it. Beautiful scenery, quiet village and a very clean playing field nearby to give the dogs legs a stretch.

We booked last min as a surprise for my partners birthday. The cabin was amazing! It was cosy & peaceful! Exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend away. Amy & Angus were helpful with directions & even asking if we needed anything else during our stay. I’d 100% recommend this adorable little hideaway. We loved waking up to the birds singing and having a coffe on the little deck. We didn’t want to come home

I had a really brilliant stay at the Bothy. The location is idyllic, the views are amazing. The bothy is beautiful, really well appointed and comfortable. I received such a warm welcome and some great cycling recommendations (much appreciated!). I really appreciated the welcome gifts too, very kind. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic place to stay, it was very clean and tidy and had plenty of space with a very large garden and pleasant woods next door. Would recommend visiting Perth, Scone Palace and Lindores Distillery. Plus an excellent restaurant called Ardler Tavern which is just a few miles away.

Beautiful cottage, lovely interiors and great use of the space. Very comfy bed too! We loved the enclosed garden, which we enjoyed in the sun with the birds tweeting. We had a walk along the river and did a couple of nearby walks, including Kinclaven bluebell wood which is a short drive away. Also a short drive away is Meiklour arms which we went to for lunch and a walk in the woods. A lovely little getaway!
