This stay was ideal for us. It's in a really central location with the train station a stones throw away. It is perfect, nicely decorated and clean with good storage options and finishing touches. The main door is quite difficult to get in, and requires a bit of skill to pop in the initial code and push the door to get in. Other than than, the communication was great. Lots of good instructions on parking etc. would recommend!

Hamish was an excellent host who responded quickly and easily to requests. We immediately felt comfortable in his Airbnb and had a very pleasant holiday in beautiful Broughty Ferry.

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel last minute but up to that point the host was 100% perfect very responsive and communicative. Will definitely try to book for another time.

Thank you Hamish, a great wee place you have there, so comfy and felt myself drifting off to sleep each night, loved the chair! I cannot believe the amount of cleaning materials, loo rolls, kitchen towels etc etc etc. A godsend. I thought it was so easy for parking. Local area was easy to get around. I recommend Goodfellow & Steven’s for any bakery goods! Partner was able to hang out washing, dried in no time! A bonus! A real wee treasure! Thanks again!

Brilliant location right near the railway and bus stations and a short walk to the seafront and high street. Just around the corner from a Lidl, and has plenty of parking in St Mary's car park to the rear The photos don't do this place justice. It has chic fixtures, tiling and soft furnishings. Everything is beautifully simple, coordinated and brings a sort of scandi-modernist look. In our lounge kitchen, there was a washing machine, dishwasher, and good sized, spotlessly clean fridge. There were plenty of practical crockery, cutlery and glassware items, plus plenty of utensils. The host left some lovely treats for us too. Nom nom! The bathroom has a two person powerful shower with rainfall (two options) and power handheld with good temperature and pressure. In the bedroom, a good sized comfy bed, excellent dressing table with hairdryer and mirrors, and a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The bedroom has double doors onto a courtyard. Secure entrance and beautiful hallway.

We stayed there for 5 nights , we really enjoyed . It felt like we are at home. Airbnb was clean . Surrounding are beautiful , walkable and peaceful.

We chose this property because of its location but it was so much more. One of our party has limited mobility and this property was everything we could have hoped for. It was wheelchair friendly and once inside she could use her walker easily to get around, the wet room was an added bonus. We will definitely be back x

The apartment is a very good place to enjoy Brechin and surroundings. Big spaces, very clean and tidy. Perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet. I highly recommend it

Enjoyed my weekend stay , the apartment is clean and well equipped with all you need, not far from the city centre, parking available up near side street. Parveen was an excellent host , I had one minor problem which Parveen came and sorted. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay, the place was very clean and more than I had expected, it was walkable to the shops and eateries and just very central to everything I needed, it is extremely well stocked had everything we needed was like being at home, will definitely stay there again when we are next in Montrose thank you for letting us stay hopefully be there again soon.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!

A great location for walking Dundee, very comfortable, spotless and had everything you could need.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Spacious, too ! We spent the weekend in Dundee with my husband and our two children, and the apartment was perfect for the four of us (and there is a playground just across the street).

Near to everything,town beach bars and restaurants couldn’t be in a better location,Gemma left provisions and treats very thoughtful

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Thus is a very comfortable place with room to spread out Close to town but quiet location

Beautiful flat, everything was good quality, felt like we were guests in someone's home. There were a lot of little touches that made it better than the average Airbnb like coffee machine, blankets for balcony and solar lights at night. Nice touch of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival. Diana was a superb host with lots of communication and help with public transport information. It's very well equipped and the beds and sofas were so comfortable. We ate at The Rookery at the golf club and can definitely recommend for both quality of food and surpringly good value. We would definitely recommend for golfing visitors. The bed layout of 2 bathrooms and a choice of superking/twin in one room, other 2 singles, would make it a a great option for four friends. Also a work station with computer screen for anyone needing somewhere to work from. Thank you Diana.

Very pleasant cosy apartment on the hill. it has everything you would need during a short stay.

Samantha’s place is cosy, peaceful, and tastefully decorated with mid-century style furniture. The place was clean and bright. As a host, Samantha was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Timo was a very friendly and extremely responsive host. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our golf trip, as it was conveniently located between St. Andrew’s and Carnoustie, and we essentially used it for sleeping and showering. The apartment itself is in very good conditions, although the building requires some maintenance.
