Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

The location is absolutely strategic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I loved being able to step out and find a charming café or a local market just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was inviting, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, while the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I even extended my stay! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect choice!

10/10! Roberta is EXCEPTIONAL host! We enjoyed our stay a lot! I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for groups - perfect location (5 min walking from Termini station, 15min walking from coliseum), very nice interior, cleanliness and general atmosphere. Aure and Max welcomed us very warmly. The beautiful property invites you to relax through the old olive trees. We were particularly pleased that we were allowed to use the vegetable garden created by Aure and Max. It is very quiet and the accommodation is divided in such a way that we were allowed to use one half of the garden alone and privately. The interiors had everything we needed. Within walking distance is the campsite in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach and lake access here. Everything else is easily accessible by car. Aure gave us a lot of recommendations as a guide and there were also some interesting books about Rome and the Bracciano area at the property. The only suggestion for improvement would be the water supply. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a relaxed and great time with Aure and Max. We will be happy to come back !!

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Matteo's house was great to stay in. We found everything we needed inside. The location is beautiful and the grounds are large with lots to do. We enjoyed the short walk to Sutri and exploring the town.

Stefania and Marco were great hosts. From initial check in to check out, both were very friendly and responsive to our enquiry's, and were very accommodating of our needs when we asked if we were okay to keep our luggage with them during our last day in Rome. Although, we did use Uber at first, you can take the 98 bus right into the city from the top of the hill as you exit the accommodation and takes right around 30 mins. There is also a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away which is open late. All in all, a very nice location and is kept secure with one main gate, as well as a 2nd gate leading to the front door with parking outside.

We were very happy to visit here again!!! Everyone really liked it!!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

we had a great stay in this apartment. ideally located, it allows you to do everything on foot. small downside for the noise, the windows insulate quite badly and the noises from the outside regularly woke us up. the terrace is pleasant, unfortunately the extraction system of the restaurant next door is quite noisy and the frying smells not very pleasant. well, the bathroom would need a little clean. everything else was spotless

Great place! Literally next door to the Colosseum. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty on great restaurants around the corner. The terrace was nice to have a tea or glass of wine.

This is my second time staying at Antonella’s apartment. Very close to the colosseum and close to a lot of the major attractions. Her apartment is very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, Antonella is a great person, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope this apartment is available the next time I visit Rome. I highly suggest this apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful city.

Excellent location and well worth the price!

We absolutely lucked out with this beautiful apartment. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed to nurse our jet lag. This apartment was so quiet, so peaceful, and very well appointed. It is well located but still tucked away from the hoards of tourists. Rudi was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. There are two stories, each with its own bedroom which made the apartment feel quite large. We also loved the terraces to have a glass of wine before going out for dinner. 10/10.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The location is unbeatable. Just steps from the Spanish Steps and within easy walking distance to all the main sights in Rome. The area is full of great restaurants and local charm. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely rooftop terrace and a charming balcony

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
