Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Weekend Beach&Wild Cozy Apartment Beaches&Forest.

Very comfortable cozy apartment, ideal for a pleasant stay between ocean and nature. 5 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Seignosse and Hossegor by car and 20 minutes from Bayonne. Linens are provided. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. T2 INDEPENDENT WITH GARDEN near forest and beaches

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Maisonnette T2 in the heart of the village of Angresse

ANGRESSE, in the heart of the village, 4 km from HOSSEGOR, CAPBRETON and SEIGNOSSE. 48m² COTTAGE (classified 3 stars by the Landes County Tourism Committee) with fenced garden. Living room with double sofa bed (real bed in 140), equipped kitchen, washing machine, bedroom with bed 160, toilet and separate bathroom. Linens (duvets) and towels are provided. Bakery, early bird, delicatessen, pizzeria, restaurant 150 meters on foot.

5 minutes from the coast, entertainment and nature, recent independent house of 90 m² with private landscaped garden of 350 m², equipped outdoor terrace (arbor, plancha, tables, chairs, sunbathing), contemporary decoration, large living space, well equipped and air conditioned. (Tourism and disability label), outdoor parking. Guests have the choice to clean on departure, at no extra cost, or to pay a €50 fee upon arrival.
