what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

A stunning agriturismo! The agriturismo is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. The pool was a fantastic bonus during the summer, offering both sun and shade in the afternoons, perfect for relaxing with the kids. It’s an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region of Tuscany. Pietro and his family were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Ambiente mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit Vera, Paul und ihren Kindern war sehr herzlich, man hat sich wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Unser Hund war stets willkommen und hatte viel Spaß auf dem weitläufigen Gelände. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Was die überaus herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit angeht, haben wir bislang kaum etwas vergleichbares erlebt. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften!

Úžasný týden odpočinku. Objekt a zahrada jsou krásné a vše je doplněno super bazénem, který má akorát teplotu vody k parnému létu - osvěží. Je dost velký i když je ubytovaných víc. Apartmán byl klimatizovaný, čistý a velmi prostorný. Valentina byla super! Poradila nám naprosto ve všem. Doporučila nám jak se kam dostat a jak co zařídit - taxíky, výlety, nákupy atd. Je zde velmi silné připojení na internet, což ocenili naši synové. Ale i pro mě bylo super, že jsem si mohl vyřizovat práci ze zahrady :-). Město Perugia je moc pěkné a vůbec jsem to nečekal, že má tak krásné historické centrum - jen většina restaurací tam otevírá poměrně pozdě, takže jestliže si ve městě chcete dát oběd, tak výběr je omezený. Byl to super týden - všem doporučuji.

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

Le logement se situe à moins de 10 mn en voiture ou on peut trouver des parkings payants, mais au coût raisonnable, aux entrées de la ville historique. Gabriel nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse à l appartement. merci beaucoup pour avoir contribué positivement à notre séjour à Perouse. je recommande vivement.

O apartamento é muito amplo, novo e belo. Tem as comodidades anunciadas . Está a 300 mt da Piazza San Marco, onde tem os meios de transporte para se locomover: como chegar da estação ou ir à Piazzale Michelangello. É bem tranquilo para caminhar de lá até os pontos turísticos.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Another fantastic stay! Kosmas is an amazing host - super friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here twice already and I'm planning to come back for a third time. The apartment's location is great, and I loved exploring the area every day. You get to see a different side of Perugia beyond the tourist spots. There are some great bars and restaurants on the way to the city center, perfect for evenings. The apartment is perfectly set up with everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, there's a cute little garden for your morning coffee. Everything you need is just around the corner - a supermarket, a bar for cappuccino and cornetti, and even free parking in a nearby underground garage. Highly recommend this place! We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Logement très bien situé et propre, avec un hôte à l'écoute et d'une grande patience. Les transports sont bien desservis et proches du logement. Le tramway vous emmène vers le Centre historique de Florence. Nous vous conseillons de vous rendre à Pise par le train et à Sienne par le bus. Une semaine toscane inoubliable due en grande partie aux bons conseils de Simone. Encore merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Très bon séjour. Nous avons pu profiter. C'est spacieux. Très agréable. Neuf et propre et les lits sont confortables. La proximité avec la route n'est pas gênante. Peu de passage la nuit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Umfeld und bietet einen eigenen schattigen Parkplatz. Sie ist wirklich sehr gut und mit allem ausgestattet: Geschirr, (Wein)Gläser, Kochutensilien, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine...alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch Dinge wie Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Wäscheständer waren vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, wir hatten keine einzige Mücke in der Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über gute Klimaanlagen. Draußen gibt einen eigenen Esstisch bzw. Sitzplatz. Die Wohnung und auch die gesamte Infrastruktur (Pool, Waschraum, Garten) war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Saverio ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, reagiert sofort und nahm uns auch persönlich in Empfang. Man merkt, dass Saverio sehr am Wohlergehen seiner Gäste interessiert ist und ist dabei sehr diskret. Wir haben uns entsprechend wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Duddova ist ein kleiner, sehr ruhiger Ort – ideal für alle, die Entspannung und Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Wir durften 3 wundervolle Wochen in Emanuele's liebevoll saniertem Haus verbringen – und es war noch schöner, wie die Fotos es versprechen. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Garten und der fantastische Ausblick von der Terrasse sowie aus dem Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Der Blick über das Tal ist einfach unbezahlbar! Check-in und Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt – eine echte Oase der Ruhe. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend, um die Umgebung und die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden – ein Auto ist dafür allerdings unerlässlich. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuele war stets herzlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Emanuele,

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Our stay at Valeria's beautiful winery in Tuscany was magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the serene beauty of the vineyards that surround this secluded gem. The tranquility of the setting allowed us to fully unwind in the splendor of the Tuscan countryside. The staff at the winery made our experience even more special. Francesco and Hasiba were incredibly welcoming and went above to ensure our stay was perfect. Francesco's wine tasting tour was delightful. One of the highlights was the dinner that Hasiba lovingly prepared for us one evening. The flavors, the freshness, and the care that went into each dish were simply incredible. We enjoyed our meal while overlooking the stunning countryside, making the evening truly unforgettable. The combination of the breathtaking views and the warm hospitality made our stay an absolute dream. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to experience such a place. Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è magnifica ! La villa ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La proprietà è esattamente come descritta nell’annuncio, con ambienti curati, spaziosi e perfettamente rispecchiati dalle fotografie. La casa era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Un’ottima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista. Consigliatissima.

Wunderschöne große Unterkunft und super nette Gastgeberin, die sich so liebevoll um uns gekümmert hat. Der Blick aus dem Whirlpool, vor allem auch abends ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich kann alles wirklich nur wärmsten empfehlen! Top Unterkunft! P.S: Wir waren das erste Mal mit unserem paar Monate alten Hund im Urlaub, daher war es mir sehr wichtig, dass die Unterkunft eingezäunt ist. Also für die Leute, die mit einem Hund anreisen ist das perfekt. Der Garten ist wirklich rießig und man hat alles komplett für sich alleine.

Alloggio perfetto. Tutto come nella descrizione. Molto ordinato e pulito. Spazi interni molto ben studiati e comodi. Giardino favoloso, con piscina e jacuzzi. Area bbq e forno a legna. Balù e Ginevra sono la ciliegina sulla torta! Letizia padrona di casa molto attenta e gentile, disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno da 10 e lode.
