Colombier converted into a duplex studio located inside a seventeenth century property of nearly 2 hectares in the very heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 rooms in duplex of 18m2: on the 1st, living room with a fitted kitchen, table, sofa, TV; on the floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to a part of the park on the property with a relaxation area set up for eating and lounging.

Country and family home

Country house where you can meet with family to share friendly moments in the quiet of the countryside, or organise events in Reunion such as baptisms, weddings, etc. The house must be returned to the state in which you found it. Mandatory cleaning option 60 euros from 26/05/2025. The house consists of 5 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed convertible into 2 , 1 mezzanine with a double bed,and a sofa bed in the living room.

Private studio in the countryside

We offer an independent 18 m2 studio, located in the courtyard of our main house, in the small, very quiet country village of Guillerval. Our studio is located 500 m from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. CHECK-IN: FROM 4pm TO 8pm. CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11am If you'd like to check in before or check out after these times, please let us know and we'll see if it's possible.

Farmhouse accommodation

The accommodation is a ground floor apartment in my house with a separate entrance and is located in a small village 14 km from Pithiviers and 70 km from Paris. You will appreciate it for the large comfortable bed (160 x 200), the living room with fully equipped kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and bathtub. It is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
