Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.
