Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The house consists of a large dining room and relaxing living room, about 30 square metres, and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom with access from the living room. Outside there is a large veranda with a barbecue and private parking. The house is equipped with an external video surveillance system. In the garden of the house, very friendly cats visit. The house is 9 km from the gorge of Gorroppu and Tiscali.

Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
