Overall nice place at a great location. the only downside are the bathroom are a bit old and perhaps in need for some renovation. RK was great and very responsive.

first of all, this location is great. not very far from city, yet feels like serene village. the property is great to spend time with family. lot of old trees, fruit archards, and wild peacocks. the owners also stay next door, and take care of the property and the guests well. highly recommended.

We had a great time at Chalitali’s property. The staff was very courteous and they prepare food fresh there itself. Had a great time!

Beautiful place. Exactly as described and away from all the noise of the city. Lovely home cooked meals and kind and attentive staff, very hospitable. The farmhouse itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the garden, enjoy a bonfire under the stars, or simply take in the serene beauty of nature, this place has it all! The Airbnb was clean and well maintained. I stayed for a night and it was just as in the photos! Would like to book this place again the next time I’m in Chennai!

The stay was truly wonderful, peaceful, scenic, and well-managed. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view right from the property, especially in the early morning when the landscape is bathed in soft light. It’s the perfect way to start your day with a sense of calm and connection to nature. Just beside the property, there's a short and easy trek that leads you to an even better viewpoint. It’s quiet, uncrowded, and ideal for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy some mindful solitude. As for the host, he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure a smooth experience. While there were some concerns in past reviews regarding the caretaker, those issues have been personally resolved by the host himself. He’s attentive, considerate, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

As Amar stated, it was an innovative concept in terms of airbnb. My friends and I enjoyed the stay. It was peaceful and pleasant.

Quiet n Cozy stay,its quite a large space with a big field/Parking area,with flood lights,other than the lawn that's shown in the pictures. One can play badminton or cricket. Decent number of restaurants nearby. The master bedroom has a large TV and music system. Cricket Bat,Raquets,Carrom Board are there... The only con is a building that's extremely adjacent to the house,which probably is a Boys PG and they're really chatty and curious and stay put in their balcony watching over you. But they can't see you inside the house,it's only when you're sitting outside. The caretaker Shiva is very helpful,and Pratik is extremely proactive and responsive to your queries. Very courteous. One of the very few Airbnbs which offered us biscuits ,soft drinks and chips. We appreciated the gesture.
