Good place. Slightly in the interior, but still a good place to stay. The beach is near, which is a plus point. The host is super responsive and accommodates your requests.

This was a place we as a group was searching to have a great get together. We friends were meeting after ages. Now about the place it's was so beautiful more than a picture which was uploaded. Neat and tidy 💗💗. The experience was really good. The caretaker was very kind and helpful.. The Host Akshay made it sure we are happy and enjoying our stay at his place. He also made sure that if anything he can do better for us while on the stay..I really like to visit this place again.. ❤️❤️

This is a great place to stay! The travel is a little long since it’s situated a little in the interiors but its completely worth it. The rooms are very well kept and complete hygiene has been maintained across the property. They have a beautiful lawn and a backdrop of the trees, it’s located next to a river as well. Perfect place for a getaway from the city. The host and staff are very helpful and try and accommodate all our needs. Highly recommendable and will definitely visit again.

This place was amazing, Priyanka was a very sweet host and she was available 24/7 for us. This place in Mumbai is heavenly and it doesn't make you remember of the Mumbai Chaos. it's calm & beautiful. The caretaker also was very helpful and concerned about each and every small things. it felt like home there. very nice people, very beautiful property, it's worth it...

Had planned a surprise proposal for my partner and also her birthday party. The complete event was amazing. Videesh and Mohit were super helpful. Not only they helped in arranging the place as per my requirements but they also ensured that I get help in all my other arrangements as well like food, decorations, etc. Thanks Videesh and Mohit, it was an amazing event. Place felt like home. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Perfect place to get away from the busy schedule. A cozy home for a small family or couple of friends to stay. Worth the price these guys offer.

This was my first time using an AirBnb rather than regular hotels. It was much more than I expected thanks to Abrar and the house he provided. Really nice guy, gave me a really early checkin and a late checkout too. Stayed there for a week without any hassle and it was truly a home away from home. The house was in perfect condition & moreover CLEAN! Has all the amenities needed & more! Would definitely recommend this to people & would definitely be staying here again when I’m back.

The place was good, would recommend as at a good location. Hosts are very sweet and helpful. They resolved my parking issue very well. The place looks like the pictures. You surely can go ahead with the booking.

The place is cozy and matches the aesthetics as shown in pictures. It had all amenities which is required for your stay. We did face some problems with air-conditioning but Fardeen was very warm and hospitable. I'd have deducted a few points, if not for the responsibility & ownership of the host. He proactively reached out to us to ensure we have a comfortable stay. A note on location for the ladies travelling to this place (especially if solo), make sure you get the exact directions before arriving here as it is situated deep inside an alley, which is not so accurate on the maps. Also, the hallway lights would be off at night making it completely dark. We were a group of 4 girls and were reluctant to stay outside past midnight.

Nice spacious apartment, 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, good view from the 12'th floor. Good internet connectivity.

India it’s not the easiest place to go for westerner, as standard of everything is different than in western countries , but for what it can be in India Vickram’s place is actually decent and modest place to stay. It’s EXACTLY💯 as it is in description and You can see it on the pictures. It is also more quiet for Indian standard during the night, as it’s not near busy street. It’s good proportions of how much you pay, and what you will get for it👍🏻 Air-con works very well, and it’s not noisy. The only think is that there is only certain amount of water you can use per day (you can track it on transparent ceiling tank), so if you have long hair, be aware of that as it is not place where you can take long showers, cause than you will have no water until next day !;) Vickram did explained me how that system works, and for me it was ok, i take quick showers and have short hair. Vickram always pick up the phone when i was calling with questions, which makes him very reliable host. THANK
