Great option for solo business trip. They actually have multiple properties and the host and people managing the property were very polite and helpful. Overall, very good experience.

Clean and comfortable service apartment. The staff is very humble. They made late night dinner for us also on request. will extend this property one night more. My stay here was unforgettable.

Sashi and family are absolute people lovers. I felt so much at home and came back again to stay with them. As I am often work in Mumbai, I feel safe and at home at Sashi's place. Karan has been a wonderful host and such a warm, kind human in general. It felt like staying at a good friend’s house. ☺️ The room was very small (as described), but I was only using it to sleep and store my suitcase, and mainly hung out in the cozy living room that has an amazing view 24/7 (I miss it already). I highly recommend having food and especially this cold chocolate drink prepared by Rohit - he is an amazing cook. The property is secure - there are several friendly guards, and has a rooftop to enjoy the views. It is in a safe neighborhood that has a nice Yoga place/cafe 2mins away and many more places walkable distance. I enjoyed this house a lot. Thank you Karan! ☺️

Arzan is a great host, Right from checkin until checkout, he made sure we are comfortable and being taken care of, Place is quite big with a beautiful terrace making it a gem!

Bipin’s place is a reader’s delight. He’s got a library of books in his hall and each room has an individual bookshelf too. Ample sunlight, clean and cozy room. A special mention of the caretaker Munna, always smiling and polite.

Sushma was very responsive and the caretaker was also helpful and polite. We stayed here for two days and found the stay satisfactory. The place is located very close to Kokilaben hospital and it’s a good option in case you want to have quick connectivity to suburbs.

What sets it apart is Sangeetha’s warm and welcoming hospitality, which made my stay unforgettable. The location of the house is absolutely perfect! I’m so glad I chose this charming home over a generic hotel. The comforting, healthy home-cooked dinner and our warm conversation were exactly what I needed to calm my nerves before my visa interview. Thank you, Sangeetha, for everything! The location was awesome, and the hygiene at the place was excellent. Hosts were giving immediate response that was the best thing. Caretaker Mr Anand was also good. Over all we had a great time while staying at this place. I will recommend this place if someone wants to access Airport, Western line and Central line
