Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Anderson Township

We asked Mike if he could help us get checked in at an earlier time due to our 3am to 1:30pm schedule.. He responded immediately and made it happen for us. He insisted that if there was anything that could he could do to Kate our stay more comfortable or easier to let him know. Very professional immediately responses. That really went a long way with me. I respect that! The house was perfect for us. Private clean and quiet! They have very good taste and you can see that they care about the people staying in their home. Lots to do and very comfortable. We hope it’s available in the coming weeks! This will be our spot in Cincinnati!

Adorable and chic, just like the listing describes, the space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful color coordination and stylish gold accents throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Cute backyard. The location was also super convenient. We highly recommend it, and we’d definitely stay again.

We were only in town one night for an event, but this place was amazing. The bathroom was gorgeous and the rest of the house was warm and cozy. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but the backyard would have been a great area to relax. The area is very nice and peaceful while still being so close to anything you need. Overall, the space was very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to book again if we’re back down that way.

Anthony was very communicative throughout the whole process, from the booking to the check-in and checkout. Place was very clean and as described in the listing. Was a short 15 min drive to downtown Cincinatti which was a plus for us. Don't hesitate to book here if you ever need a place to stay in Cincinatti.

We had a wonderful family weekend here - plenty of space for six adults and a toddler! Jessica was very considerate in offering toys and a baby gate for us, and made sure that we had what we needed for the weekend. The house is right off a pedestrian path that is great for walks/bikes/exploring the area. We were impressed by the number of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Highly recommend!

It was wonderful to have 4 separate spaces for couples to enjoy and a wonderful main gathering space.

I really enjoyed my stay! Charles was very helpful and always returned my messages! The place is small, but it is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay stress less! The area is so nice!!! I really enjoyed Eden Park. If was literally walking distance! There are restaurants within walking distance as well! Just follow the instructions and don’t go down the driveway and you’ll have a sweet time!

I was in town for a concert, only stayed one night. However it was a very nice place and a great area. Definitely would stay again!

We only stayed one night for a wedding in town and got in late, but this place would be excellent for an extended stay. There was a huge porch, the door was easy to get into with a keypad code. I liked that we could arrive on our own schedule. There are a few steps at the sidewalk and a few steps to the porch but other than that the indoors is pretty accessible. A full kitchen is always a plus to me if staying for longer than a few days because I like to cook when traveling to save money. Close to the main town center with all the little shops and restaurants which made it really easy to meet up with our friends. Super cute area and we plan to return to this spot.

Very nice place and comfortable. Only a couple blocks from Mainstraase (a great area with plenty of restaurants). Felt at home and had plenty of space. One of the better Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

Lanique’s place was very clean and convenient for us to get downtown. Check in was easy as well as parking right outside on the street. We would recommend it to others!

This upstairs rental was clean, comfortable, and roomy for two people. Came in clutch.

We loved staying here for a night out in Cincinnati. OTR area is super close and downtown is a short uber drive. The house was super clean and the bed was so comfy. Us 3 girls had so much room and really enjoyed having the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood and we walked home late from the bars and felt safe. Only thing to note is that the place is up a couple flights of stairs but we weren’t bothered by that.

My daughter and I visited Cincinnati for her orientation at UC, and Nav’s place was perfect! The location was ideal—close to UC, Over-the-Rhine, and downtown, with plenty of walkable spots. Nav’s binder of recommended restaurants and places to visit was super helpful and much appreciated, since it was our first time in the city. We’d definitely recommend his place to others!

Checks ALL boxes of being fantastic! This is our second time staying at this building of Nicks and I’ll be back every time I’m in the area! Tons of little shops to go check out, all around perfect place to stay!!

Such a nice place in a great location. Ben has obviously put a lot of thought into the space. Our dog enjoyed the deck and grassy backyard. The floors in the apartment above are a little squeaky, but if you don’t mind a little noise, then the place is excellent! Thanks, Ben!

This was our second stay here! We love this little apartment in OTR! It’s walking distance to a lot of venues and it’s a beautiful place! Can’t wait to be back!

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!
