Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

The house was excellent and there were no negatives about it. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the location was awesome. Hope was quick to respond to our messages and everything went well. Watts Bar Lake was an incredible lake and there are great locations like Burgess Falls that are within a 1.5 hour drive. We had decided to split our vacation between Watts Bar Lake in Spring City and Lake Nantahala in North Carolina (one of our favorite places) but if we could have made changes we would have stayed the entire time in Spring City. We definitely want to visit the lake again and would use Hope's rental again.

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

It was beautiful and it looks like there is a lot to do in the area! Susan also provides a lot of fun opportunities if you want to use the equipment. We were just stopping for the night but might stay again some time in the future it was so nice!!

Anna and her husband Tom were amazing hosts. The surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous and the fall colors from the trees reflecting off lake Norris provided the necessary backdrop myself, and our friends truly needed to R.E.L.A.X. Every night was a great night of sleep. We took advantage of Winrock UTV trails which was another great experience. The large farm style table was a perfect spot to reconnect and share a meal with many of my friends from across the country. The dock was amazing as well we all needed up in the fridges water. It was just too tempting not to jump in or use the adult size slide. Nothing like a bunch of middle aged men acting like kids again. Thank you Anna and Tom for a great time and checking in on us via text to make sure we were satisfied. We look forward to another trip in the near future.

This is a great house by the water. The house was clean with beautiful views of the lake. Short walk to the marina. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

We absolutely loved this place for our adult friend get away. Plenty of extra room if we have the chance to return with kiddos. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. Furniture was comfortable and the outside space was great. We spent lots of time out on the patio, around the fire and swimming by the dock when we weren’t boating.

Jonathan was always quick to respond and let us check in early so I could get to my event in time. Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Would definitely book with him again

We definitely made some memories this weekend when our family spent Memorial weekend here. The condo was roomy, the kitchen was large and the condo well appointed. Definetly a place we would rent again for a lake weekend or vacation.

Our group had a great stay. Our only disappointment was that it was winter time and we couldn't enjoy the lake more! But the house was amazing and was a great home base for mountain biking in the local area. Loved it!

This place was absolutely perfect. We had a total of 10 people, and it was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The dock was perfect for swimming and laying out in the sun. The air conditioner went out the second day of our stay. I reported this to the hosts, who responded quickly with some helpful hints to try to get it working. Unfortunately, those hints did not get it functioning again, and being that it was 6pm on a Saturday evening, the hosts were not able to get anyone to come look at the unit that night. This made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. After reaching out to the hosts after we checked out, they completed a review of the issue and were able to send a portion of what we had paid as a refund for the inconvenience, which was very kind of them. Even with the air conditioning issue, our stay was absolutely lovely, and we would absolutely stay here again and/or in another property with these hosts!

This place was great and perfect location! Absolutely loved how easy it was to get in and enjoy 2 days of sight seeing. This place is a must if you want to be in Pigeon Forge! Great Host just fantastic!

We found this absolute gem last minute. They let us check in after 10:30 pm. Extremely easy to communicate with. Quick response time. No complaints here. Hard to believe it was only a mile or so from the parkway in downtown pigeon forge. So quiet. Sat on the balcony and watched the river and animal life every morning and evening. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Perfect for our group of 8.

Good location, easy access to most anything. Dollywood , shopping, Walmart if you need it. Unit was clean and quiet.

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again

We stayed at Scott’s place and everything was excellent. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Sleeping arrangements were also perfectly fine. There were dishes available. The location is very convenient—within walking distance of all the main attractions. Scott did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Earplugs were also provided, as there are highways nearby and it can be quite noisy at night. Overall, we had a great time. If fate brings us back to Knoxville, we’ll definitely stay at Scott’s place again.
