Condo holiday rentals in Anderson County

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

Neighborhood was overall quiet and peaceful. Place was clean and exactly as the photos. Great weekend stay. Chris was very clear with intructions and friendly. Would stay here again.

My family had a fantastic stay! Kathy was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was exactly what was describe, easy to get in and out of and made for a lovely week!

This stay was perfect! The location was ideal because it was close to family. The condo was very quiet and peaceful. Summer was very accommodating and even left lights on since she knew we were arriving very late. Could not ask for a better price for the space and washer and dryer (if needed). The condo is very spacious! We visit Knoxville often and if needed we will definitely book here again!

Very beautiful location, condo was very nice and clean. We had one problem with the dishwasher but the host/owner was all over it. responded quickly and worked around our schedule to get the problem resolved. highly recommend!

Kathy is a great host, The place is clean and spotless. Perfect for a short or long trip. Had no problems and if an issue did arise Kathy was on it and ready to help with a solution. As long as you respect her and the place, your trip will be amazing.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

Lovely studio apartment that was efficiently laid out and clean. I appreciated the memory foam mattress for good sleep whilst traveling. The host graciously left snacks and small travel amenities if needed, which was greatly appreciated. Easy walking to and from campus while I attended a training course.

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Great location. Walkable to great restaurants, bars and downtown sightseeing. Condo spacious and plenty of room to spread out. It was great that also pet friendly.

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

We stayed here with our dog, and it was the perfect fit. For walking and going to eat we were able to do it with ease with its location and pricing! The hosts are incredible and super responsive. Would love to come back!

Condo was conveniently located. Many options to go and explore the mountains. All the tourist amenities a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Very quiet laid back atmosphere. Townsend is a great small town. Enjoyed our stay and location.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again

This is our second time staying with Leanna and we’ve stayed multiple times in the same resort. It’s our absolute favorite. The balcony view is beautiful. So calming. Iced coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the river and mountains makes it feel like a weight is lifted. We also enjoyed fishing the river. Caught multiple! We had the best time!

We had a great time! The place was clean quiet and easy to get to! I loved the placement. Was on the bottom floor super easy to get in and out of! Would recommend!

Jackie's place was perfect for my family of three. My husband and I loved having a balcony facing the river attached to the bedroom, while my teenage son settled in comfortably in the sofa bed in the living room. The location was perfect. Very peaceful away from the busyness of the many attractions with a short drive to all the everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great recommendations for restaurants by Jackie with the Local Goat being our favorite for dinner. Applewood Farm House Restaurant is within walking distance and we highly recommend for breakfast! Check-in was easy, even though our code didn't work, I messaged Jackie and she was very responsive and had us in with a new code in minutes! Check out instructions were simple and clearly laid out in the notebook created with lots of helpful information. Definitely a great choice for a family visiting the area. We even saw a large group of Canadian Geese floating by on our last day!

We throughly enjoyed Daniel’s place, everything was just as described. The attention to detail was amazing and so much fun. The bed was comfy and love the room darkening shades. The linens were soft and towels thick and luxurious. The selection of coffee was a definite plus. The Honky Tonk Hideway is in a quiet location but close enough to restaurants and activities. I would be happy to stay here again. Daniel was a great host and very attentive.

We loved our stay. The condo was very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and attractions within 5 minutes of the condo. It was very quiet and peaceful for being that close to everything. The view from the balcony is great, especially in the mornings. Our kids discovered the walk in shower and the jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. Needless to say they were a hit. Samuel was a great host. I had a few questions and he always responded promptly. We would definitely stay there again.
