It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.

The city center with its lively pedestrian streets all year round are only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin, and we lend you 2 mountain bikes. The nearby forest allows for beautiful hikes. After a busy day, you can enjoy the swimming pool or rest in quality bedding. Loan of 2 bicycles.
