We were a guest at this bed and breakfast and I can say that it was an incredible experience! The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. A lovely, lovely stay. Fabulous and kind hosts. Amazing breakfast. Spotless. Surrounded by nature. My only warning would be this is a great place if you are driving. If on foot +bags... start preparing now... the hill up to town is steep! It is walkable but it was definitely the least favourite part of my day. Thankfully the bus stop is fairly close at the top of the hill. Anyway, overall, I would whole-heartedly stay again. THANK YOU so much for an amazing stay.

The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. His dad welcomed us. adorable person, very kind, very considerate. The fantastic breakfast is nothing sweet and savory , with delicious homemade cakes. Thank you

Wonderful week spent in Danilo's B&B, a stone's throw from the sea and with the possibility of easily reaching the surrounding areas by car or bike. We were greeted and pampered with a hearty breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned by request and had all the comforts in the description.

I had a wonderful time with Eva. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and finally want to relax, this is the place to be. Eva's delicious breakfast with a view of the surrounding untouched nature provides the perfect start to the day. Eva is not only a very loving and attentive host, I also learned a lot from her. Walking through the surrounding nature, she showed me how wild asparagus grows and I also saw wild orchids there for the first time. I spent most of the time in the workshop at the hub, and Eva is also an excellent teacher there. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime again!

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with cuddles and purring. Gloria was super kind and helpful during our stay. The room (oatmeal) was bright and spacious, very clean and the location great. We got back so well Santarcangelo is wonderful. Our dog immediately settled in. Recommended.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Massimiliano and Carmen welcomed us with maximum availability and a lot of friendliness. Great tips on what to visit and where to eat. Superlative cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. Super breakfast, fresh, sweet and savory products, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but in a strategic position to visit the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

I only had the opportunity to spend one night in this b&b that I recommend from all points of view. Very clean room, furnished with brand new furniture and all necessary comfort. Breakfast is plentiful, with house-cooked cakes. Very nice owner and very willing to meet us both for check-in time and breakfast. Basically, highly recommended.
