Warm, light and airy self contained contemporary one bedroom flat. Basic kitchen with two hobs. Deck overlooking paddocks. Five minutes drive from Swanson station (happy to pick up and drop off if timing works). Situated in Waitakere Ranges foothills close to West Coast beaches. The flat is attached to our main house but has a seperate entrance around the back of the house off the deck.

This is a stand-alone private one bedroom unit with double bed, en-suite, separate kitchenette and lounge area with ample parking and NO CLEANING FEES. It has an extensive private front lawn with a picnic table and panoramic views of the ocean. The rear of the unit also has large area of lawn, another picnic table and wide views of the countryside. The adjoining horse paddock has very spoilt horses that enjoy being fed their daily carrots!

Semi-self contained, separate from main house with own access. Double bed + king single sofa bed, ensuite bathroom. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. Laundry facilities available by arrangement. 10 minute walk to bus route, close to motorways, 15 minute drive from the city centre, 30+ minutes on bus. Pt Chevaler has a supermarket, cafes, bars, chemist, fast food options, and a library. Close to a large park, great beach, Auckland Zoo, Western Springs and MOTAT.
“We are stranded (flight canceled) and confined to New Zealand. We will be staying more than 15 days with Linda and Steve. We are happy to have chosen their accommodation: - it is very pleasant to live in, quiet and has an outdoor garden - 10 min walk from a supermarket -near many parks and the beach for walks, and bus lines But also and especially Linda and Steve are very welcoming, very friendly and very helpful, which is a real plus in this difficult time for all.”
