***There will be construction at Colony Reef until April 1, 2026. This means that there could be construction noise during the day due to the renovations being done (balconies, walkways, etc). They are currently working on our building. The furniture had been removed from the balcony and the balcony is closed at this condo until at least February 1st (anticipated completion date) for construction. There is a scheduled break in the construction from 12/22/2025 - 1/4/2026 for the holidays.***
