Lovely place in Da Nang. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach so couldn’t ask for anything more! Very comfy bed and pillow as well.

All in all I had a great stay. Just some little comments: - Loud clubs / parties at the beach right in front of the buidling - In the bathroom (above the bathtub) is a window with frosted glass. Noone can see you which is good. However, there is no blind. Hence, it is impossible to get the bedroom dark. - Nice restaurants close by - 2 supermarkets (one 24/7) more or less in the building - Excellent (and relatively cheap) lunch combo available in the lobby

Property felt like home was the reaction throughout our stay at the apartment. Amazing View from the Windows though it was not sea view yet we were able to view a bit of sea. Had all the amenities as listed. Had an amazing time here.❤️❤️

very equipped. something complicated when arriving by the method they have access but once you get in, everything arranged. very good communication. they also have rental motorbikes at an adjusted price. they took the motorcycle to the door and gave me a lot of facilities.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this place. It was very convenient to have a large table, two chairs, and an additional countertop along the wall where I could also sit and work on my laptop. At first, I was a little surprised that the shower and toilet were not in separate rooms, which caused some humidity from the shower to go directly into the main room. But overall, it’s a good accommodation option for a short stay.

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

It's a new construction, so it's clean and quiet, which is really nice.

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was wondering why other users had good reviews, but after living, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager and the quick response. da From the point of view of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and clean facilities. Pickup and drop-off were also well guided, so I used it conveniently.

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

It was really, really, really good. I don't write reviews very well I like it so much that I'm saving it Our family was all satisfied, and it's the best emotional accommodation. There were a lot of windows, so it was pleasant and rainy, but it wasn't humid and it was cool. The bathroom is so pretty and the room is really the best 👍👍 The whole family wants to come again. We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~
