This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right outside the front door and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.
