Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Komplett neu renovierte, 650 Jahre alte Altstadtwohnung, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt in absoluter Ruhelage im wunderschönen Wehrgraben direkt neben dem Steyrfluss. Besonderheiten sind antike Möbel, Marmorbad mit Fußbodenheizung, originale Holzdielenböden kombiniert mit modernsten Annehmlichkeiten unauffällig in das charmante Ambiente eingebettet. Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist ideal für Erholungssuchende und Naturfreunde. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der zum Haus gehörenden Privatstraße. Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll mit Souvenirs aus unserer siebenjährigen Weltreise gestaltet. Viele der Details haben eine Geschichte, die wir gerne auf Wunsch an Interessierte weitergeben. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool.
