Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier Rosé

The studio is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by the river and offers city views. Just a short walk from the historic old town, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is set in a particularly safe area. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the property, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off during summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging are available.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Urmannsau vacation home

The cottage for nature lovers is located in a special place in a secluded location in the beautiful Ötscher Tormäuern. A small stream gently ripples through the open, large property, where sun loungers await you. The small property "slows down" and is good for the soul. You can swim in the crystal clear, refreshing water of the Erlauf, which is only 400 m away, go hiking or embark on other adventures. A campfire in the evening or barbecues make the day perfect!

Haus Ybbstalblick

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece.
