We’d 100% go back to that same Airbnb next time we go to Amsterdam. Walking distance from our fav soeciality coffee and brunch places, super cute street, easy access (Amsterdam usually has a lot of stairs and this felt like a massive suite that you directly walked into without any steps).

Bob and his team are excellent hosts who make sure your stay is pleasant. The place is well-maintained and offers a variety of amenities. Their communication is clear and effective and their commitment to being helpful contributes to a positive stay. The location is on the outskirts of the city, giving you a more relaxed stay. But it doesn’t take long to get to the city center by bus or on foot. Overall, the experience was great and would be happy to return for another visit.

A very nice place! There were four of us, so it can get a little cramped, as the rooms are quite small, but in principle it was completely sufficient. The only flaw is that the house is very noisy, we often heard the steps and voices of the residents. All in all, however, it was very cozy.

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. Everything you needed was available in the apartment and it was clean. Location is quiet. A supermarket and various restaurants could be reached quickly with the bicycles provided free of charge. Gert-Jan gave helpful ideas and suggestions and was always available for questions. We enjoyed the stay very much overall! :-)

The apartment, the location, the design and layout. The host & hostess. It’s all flawless. If I have to comment, I always say: check the gorgeous plant has water! We are all responsible for the greenery.

Tobi was very helpful, as well as the location and transportation from the place to the city center was easy to get to and back! Would definitely book again if possible!

Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

This is my second time staying at Romans gorgeous apartment. I think that is a huge compliment in itself. There is no where else in Amsterdam I would want to stay. Great location, walkable to everything, quiet and very spacious.

The Airbnb was truly unique. We stayed at one of the beautiful, historic, dancing houses of Amsterdam. The place was clean and central to many places on our itinerary. Bathroom was quite spacious. Check-in was also a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful views of the canal facing the west, which made for some great sunsets!! We loved relaxing on the couch with the windows open enjoying the breeze after a long day walking around Amsterdam. Great location, very walkable and easily accessed by the tram from the central station. Veronika is a gracious host and communicated very promptly. The traditional Dutch stairs are steep and I was happy she had given a heads up as I packed in a backpack instead of my usual rolling bag.

We loved every second of our stay. Jonathan was quick to respond to our queries and offered great recommendations. The space was light and airy with everything needed to cook at home where necessary. We loved every second - and we were really sad when we had to leave a day early to avoid the train strike.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor hot tub. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully decorated, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We loved staying in this apartment. The area is a nice break away from the busier streets in the center of town yet we had so many options for food, drinks etc. really great coffee options all around the neighborhood. Loved to have the yard to hang out with our morning coffee. The market was really nice to explore. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.
