Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

Our second time to Thessaloniki and our second time being hosted by Thanos! Close to all ammenities and sights. Strongly recommended!

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

Armin ist ein toller Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ,das Apartment liegt so wie beschrieben, sehr zentral. Bei Problemen hat uns Armin sofort geholfen. Einfach super .Armin als Gastgeber kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, μέσα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Πολύ υψηλής αισθητικής διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πεντακάθαρο, μοντέρνο και σύγχρονο. Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδεσποινα ήταν άψογη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!

Anke und Evangelos sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, um nicht zu sagen noch viel besser. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause, alles ist sehr hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Auch gibt es Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern, was ich absolut toll fand. Der Pool lädt nicht nur zum planschen sondern auch verweilen ein, bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ist er angenehm kühl, der Garten eine kleine Oase. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder sobald der Kalender dafür freigeben ist. Vielen Dank

Ενας πεντακάθαρος και πανέμορφος χώρος, το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος για να περάσει ευχάριστα τη διαμονή του. Το τζακούζι ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για αυτό τον καιρό, σίγουρα άξιζε τα χρήματα και σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε αυτό το πανέμορφο σπίτι. Συγχαρητήρια για αυτόν τον υπέροχο χώρο που διαμορφώσατε⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Εξαιρετικος χωρος με ολες τις ανεσεις. Το σημειο ειναι κεντρικο και ευκολα προσβασιμο.

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

Η διαμονή μας του συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και έχει πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σχεδόν παντού. Αν κοιμάστε ελαφρά καλό θα ήταν να έχετε μαζί σας μία μάσκα ύπνου γιατί το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

Nous sommes très contents de l'appartement proposé. Très propre, avec tous les électroménagers disponibles. Nous avons reçu des instructions claires pour l'accès dans l'appart. Très bien situé et aussi des super restaurants juste à côté. Nous avons passé un extraordinaire week-end à Thesaloniki. Merci

I have been staying in Thess for approaching 3 years and I have to say that even though each apartment is unique in it's own way, I absolutely loved this one - it felt sooo cozy, warm and really like a home. I absolutely loved the style of it, the decor was very well thought of and it was incredibly spotless clean upon check in. I also absolutely love this area, and probably more so than the Roman Agora where I have always stayed previously. This was the perfect fit! The bed - super comfy with such nice sheets, the kitchen is more than generous in size with everything that you possibly need and much more, the shower is huge and the aircon works incredibly well. The WiFi - completely uninterrupted, so absolutely perfect for digital nomads and remote workers (like myself). The check-in was incredibly smooth and Savas was always responsive and very clear and prompt in all his communication. I'd give this a 11/10 and I can't wait to return. Thank you Savas for such an incredible stay!

Wir wären das 2. Mal dort, da wir schon beim 1. Mal sehr zufrieden waren und die Kommunikation mit Eleni und ihrem Mann toll war und die Wohnung in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, άνετος και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένος! Η τοποθεσία τρομερή καθώς και η βεράντα… αλλά αυτό που θα σχολιάσω και μου έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση που δεν το βρίσκεις σε άλλα καταλύματα ήταν η φρεσκάδα της καθαριότητας που υπήρχε στον χώρο καθώς το ότι δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε και κανένα πρόβλημα ως προς την διαμονή μας! Το κατάλυμα αξίζει τα λεφτά του και με το παραπάνω, όπως επίσης και να σχολιάσω η αμεσότητα του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν τρομερή!

Soggiorno fantastico! La casa era accogliente e pulita, un vero paradiso in cui rilassarsi. La posizione era perfetta per esplorare la città e scoprire tutti i suoi segreti. Il servizio era impeccabile e l'ospitalità era al top. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questo soggiorno a tutti! Tornerò sicuramente!

Liked the apartment, they did a great job. It is an underground apartment from the street side with smaller windows, but on the other hand there is a balcony at the back which is very nice. Check-in and communication was superb! I would stay again.

Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό για διαμονή ενός ζευγαριού. Είναι τόσο καλό που προτιμάς να περνάς περισσότερο χρόνο σε αυτό παρά εκτός. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Έχει τα πάντα σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Από σούπερμαρκετ και εστιατόρια καφέ κάθε είδους, μέχρι στάση μετρό και λεωφορείων. Το πάρκινγκ είναι εύκολο. Το μοναδικό μικρό μείον (όχι και τόσο σημαντικό ωστόσο) είναι το ίντερνετ εντός του χώρου. Αν είστε επαγγελματίας και χρειάζεστε ταχύτητα για να ανεβάσετε ή να κατεβάσετε μεγάλα αρχεία, θα σας πάρει πολύ χρόνο. Το κατάλυμα είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχω επισκεφτεί και σίγουρα αποτελεί πλέον την Νο1 επιλογή μου για το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης.

We were a family of 5 and it was a perfect space for us. We could easily walk to restaurants & shops. Clean & quiet . Loved having a balcony !
