Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ampelokipoi

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

Very spatial home that was beautifully decorated. Enjoyed being in Panorama. Convenient to Halkidiki.

Appartamento molto pulito, organizzato e fornito di tutto. Host molto gentile ed amichevole. Zona tranquilla e sicura, vicina ai mezzi pubblici per recarsi a Salonicco centro. Come in tutta la città se hai l'automobile non è facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Raccomandato anche per periodi di soggiorno lunghi.

Terrific location - great restaurants, grocery shops and cafés, made friends with all kinds of people, went on some nice walks around the urban area. Eleni is an amazing host, always thoughtful and responsive. Her guide books were easy to use, full of her personal recommendations and enthusiastic annotations by guests! Very clean and comfortable flat. We mostly self-catered and had no problem finding everything we needed at the shops right across the road. There are insect screens at all of the external doors and windows, full blackout shutters, air conditioning and doors out onto a narrow balcony wrapping around the flat. Plentiful hot water, perfect shower pressure and even a filter on the kitchen tap, so no need to buy bottled water. We had to work during part of our stay - the Wi-Fi speed is fine for downloading email but not quick enough for video calls. There is a nice desk in the corner as a dedicated workspace. All worked well. We hope to return very soon!

An absolute gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! The best thing about this apartment is without a doubt the location – you’re less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be. It’s tucked right next to a beautiful park and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Truly an ideal base for exploring the city. George was an amazing host – communication was flawless. He replied within minutes (often seconds!) and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, and is perfectly sized for a couple. There were thoughtful touches too – chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and toiletries – which made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be checking to see if this place is available next time we’re in Thessaloniki. Highly recommend!

To start, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is as described in the listing and you are made to feel like it's a home from home. Mary, the host, is amazing. She is super helpful and provided us with a very easy check-in along with a mountain of information regarding the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, Mary was extremely understanding of the situation and was even helpful again throughout that process. I would highly recommend this apartment, thanks again to Mary for being a great host.

Great place to stay in thessolaniki. Restaurants all around. Easy walk to promenade. Great views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

Ήταν ολα τέλεια σε μια άριστη τοποθεσία και άριστη επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια!!! το συνιστώ!!!

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

We stay there as two friends for a long weekend to see Thessaloniki and to relax at some nearby beach clubs. The accommodation is lovely, beds are comfortable, bath was small, but big enough for us two and every very clean. There were plenty of good restaurants around and all spots could be reached within a max 15 minutes walk. Would recommend it to everyone who has the same plans we had. Parking is difficult in the city, but there some spaces around to park for money.

Excellent stay and very comfortable. Walking distance to city centre, the shopping centre, metro and bus stops. Highly recommend the apartment

Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον Δημήτρη ήταν όλα όπως έπρεπε πάρα πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και ο Δημήτρης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και οτι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν δίπλα μας

The BnB is located at a perfect location, close to the city centre and also to the old town. It was well equipped and clean. The communication was excellent. A small remark is the soft mattress and the noisy playground of the school (it did not bother us though).

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage! Direkt an vielen Bars und Restaurants gelegen. Zum Wasser sind es nur 15 min Fußweg. Wir waren Umzugs dritt vor Ort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, nur sind die terassenmöbel sehr wackelig. Schön eingerichtet und auf Details geachtet.

Très bon apparemment situé dans les hauteurs de la ville mais dans un quartier très agréable ! L'appartement est très bien équipé ( 2 tv une dans le salon et une dans la chambre des enfants) . Le plus : parking privatif gratuit ! A 20 min a pied de la vieille ville et a 25 min du centre ville . Pour le retour très simple : bus pour seulement 0.60 euros ou bien taxi ( environ 5 euros a partir du centre) Je recommande les yeux fermés !
