Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πλυντήριο ρούχων και κατάλληλο για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια. Έχει υπέροχη θέα τον κάμπο των Καταπόλων και το βουνό της Αρχαίας Μινώας. 56 τ.μ. με δυο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, σαλόνι, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μεγάλη όμορφη βεράντα. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στη νότια πλευρά της Χώρας της Αμοργού στους πρόποδες του λόφου με τους ανεμόμυλους. Προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα προς τη Χώρα και το Κάστρο καθώς επίσης και προς τη θάλασσα. Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το ανατολικό δημοτικό πάρκινγκ και έχει όλα τα πλεονεκτήματα μιας ήσυχης γειτονιάς και 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο, όπου χτυπά η καρδιά της αγοράς και της νυχτερινής ζωής του νησιού. Είναι λιτά διακοσμημένο και εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται για μια άνετη διαμονή.

Εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο με καφετέριες, μπαράκια και ταβέρνες. Λίγα μέτρα από Super market, Α.Τ.Μ, συγκοινωνίες, εμπορικά. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και μπορεί να υποδεχθεί μέχρι 6 άτομα. Αν και δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο λίγο πιο πέρα υπάρχει δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Μεγάλη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Fishermans Cabin Amorgos

A small private house at the end of the main port of Amorgos island named Katapola. The beach is right in front of the house. As far we can go in time, it was the cabin of my Grand grand grand father who was a fisherman, as was my grand father and my father too. They spend all the time there from April to November and the sea was at the doorstep were they had their boat and their nets. The house was totally renovated at 2012.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στην ομορφότερη περιοχή των Καταπόλων, το Ξυλοκερατίδι, έχει νότιο προσανατολισμό και απέχει 30 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Παρότι σε κεντρικό σημείο, το χαρακτηρίζει η ησυχία. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.
