The city center, Schlossgarten and Burgberg can be reached within minutes by foot. Bus and train station are within walking distance, as well as Kaufland, many cafes and restaurants.

Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.
