The property is close to the old town and is at the same time a starting point for excursions into nature. A bus stop is within walking distance (5 min). Additional fees, accommodation tax: 2 euros per person per night

Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

Tiny House is a former transformer tower 5 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are in the immediate vicinity. The tower has a 32sqm terrace that floats over the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

The location is ideal south of Stuttgart between Herrenberg and Tübingen. Our guests have made excursions from here to the Alb, the Black Forest, Lake Constance and even as far as Neuschwanstein.
