Perfect place for a weekend for families or groups of friends. The pool area is a real added value! Just like the garden. Marion is very accommodating, anxious to do well and responsive. The only drawback is the single bathroom. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Absolutely love this place, very peaceful. Would definitely recommend. Only fault I could find was that the toilet was downstairs from the bedroom. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Fantastic modern home , spotless clean. Close to the beach really taken with Carboug. We used this location to tour some of the battlefields ( Merville battery is just up the road).

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were warm, inviting and responsive. The house was spacious, great kitchen space, great pool/jacuzzi in the heated room. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing with the chickens and the trampoline. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Jose and Muriel's beautiful house. The location was perfect with very easy walk to beach or shops and was very peaceful. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time (entirely my fault) but Jose was very quick to resolve any issues and we were in within 10 minutes. The house itself was immaculately clean and tidy and very well equipped. Beds were super comfy. Our only gripe was that there was no toilet upstairs but that was such a minor thing! We also loved the garden which is an absolute sun trap.

Franck's accommodation was very satisfying. It was located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Cang, but it was easy to get to the city or other areas. There was also plenty of parking space for 2 vehicles. The interior had a clean, spacious, and pleasant room and a bathroom, and a kitchen that was easy to cook. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking utensils and seasonings, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. It was a satisfying space for 3 couples to fully enjoy and live in.

We had a wonderful stay, peaceful and rejuvenating, in Sabrina's fully renovated sheepfold, with a splendid view of the Normandy countryside. The location matches the photos perfectly. Although the guest house is nearby, everything is designed to ensure our privacy and autonomy, without overlooking, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The outdoor jacuzzi, spacious and already hot when we arrived, was the icing on the cake. The accommodation is impeccably clean, very well equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. Thanks to Sabrina for her warm welcome, we will keep a very nice memory of this getaway... and will come back with great pleasure!

there were 8 of us for a weekend in Merville -franceville. The house is very well equipped with a terrace and a very beautiful garden. The beds are very comfortable and the accommodation tastefully decorated. Pets are welcome, a plus! Marie and her husband are very friendly and welcomed us very well and were very responsive to our expectations. Recommended +++

We had a great time at Phil’s place. There was everything you needed for a fantastic stay, it was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting many of the D Day sights, we were even able to walk to Sword Beach. There’s a supermarket and a lovely boulangerie again within walking distance. We contacted Phil as we had a problem with one of our motorcycles and he came straight around and gave us information that dealt with the problem. He was so very helpful and a really friendly nice person. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic property to stay in. House is immaculate, clean and resides in a beautiful area of a quiet village. With country side walks on the door step and a short drive to a lovely beach town that has restaurants, bakery and historical sites allows plenty to enjoy. Heated pool and outside areas match the standards presented inside the property and all together make a very comfortable stay. Line is a great host and very helpful. Overall very happy and would recommend this beautiful house.

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!

Perfect I recommend very quiet

We spent just under a week in Véronique's cottage. Despite the busy road, the private parking right next to the house allows easy arrivals and departures. The flexible check-in worked wonderfully! The terrace with courtyard charm allows wonderful food in the fresh air - thanks to the roofing also in the rain. We like to cook on vacation and the perfectly equipped kitchen offers an ideal base for this. The cottage, in which the landlords live temporarily themselves, is also well equipped! Véronique supported us as best as possible on site, answered all inquiries lightning fast and so we felt very well taken care of. The place itself is small, but there is a baker almost next door and with Merville, Trouville, Cabourg and Co. there are a number of beaches and towns worth visiting within striking distance - Bayeux and Caen are also super accessible and so we can recommend the stay in Sallenelles!
