The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset from the house and walk to the Nubble Light House to savor Maine's famous blueberry ice cream and pie ! Fishing dock not available at the moment.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen is closed mid November to early April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Welcome to our home away from home. This cozy lake get away just minutes over the border from Massachusetts is the perfect place to connect with friends and family. Enjoy days out on the water which is right outside your back door! Or nights at the fire pit enjoying the stars. We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby.

Enjoy Merrimack River views in this new 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. An open concept living, kitchenette and entertainment space with pool table. Large windows overlooking the river and Maudslay State Park. A beautiful patio with outdoor dining and shaded sitting area takes in the beautiful view. Bedroom set up as 1 Queen bedroom and 1 full-size bedroom. Use of on-property dock has an up-charge of $50/day.
