“The tiny unit is very modern, super clean, and very functional. It’s the perfect place to sleep when visiting the area. Nancy is a wonderful host and makes sure the place feels warm and cozy. Fresh flowers and home baked cookies are a super nice touch. I will definitely book again with Nancy.”
Enjoy this quiet retreat, surrounded by nature and yet surprisingly close to Redmond and Seattle. This Guest Suite has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a private deck looking over the lake. The suite includes access to the great room, with cozy couches, a fireplace and pianos. You can go out in the canoe, swim, watch the beavers and the ducks. Or sit in the greenhouse, read a book, build a puzzle, get some work done while gazing at nature and letting its peace soak in.
“You can't get any better than Kimberlys place on the lake. The room in the house is crazy big with a huge bathroom and "kitchenette" area. The space feels bigger than the 800 sq ft in total. Probably because of all the windows! The room has a solid wall of windows (with curtains) that leads to a private deck that overlooks Lake Ames. The access to the lake and huge dock below is equal to maximum of a two story house in concept. I should have counted the steps but it wasn't over 20. Very easy. The weather is turning warm and I'd love to have had a fire in the pit that was located down on the beach. I'll save that for next time. Hands down, a great place to stay. A home away from home! - Lou”
Welcome to "TheTolt Hill Mini Farm". Just 25 miles east of Seattle, our homestead in the making. Come see our goats and maybe try your hand at milking or quacking at our ducks or gobble at our turkeys (they’ll gobble back!). You may also pet our emus and collect fresh eggs to cook for breakfast. We are a growing farmstead with a lot going on. More to come next spring but we want to open up and share our experience now.
“We stayed at Stacy's place while our nearby home was under construction. It is a hidden gem in the Snoqualmie Valley. The renovated barn is surprisingly spacious with cozy, farm-themed decor, and everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen and bathroom amenities as well as other thoughtful details. While the decor may having some charming antiques, all the appliances and equipment (including Wifi and tv) that would hope to be modern were indeed up-to-date. My entire family commented on how comfortable the beds were and what great sleep we had in this quite, peaceful location. While we didn't have time to meet the creatures on the mini-farm, we enjoyed watching them out the windows. Great place to stay!”
