You walk into the woods and with the 2 included Sparta e-bikes you cycle to beautiful places such as the Henschotermeer and the Soesterduinen. Staying at home is also a party: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue, pictures running on the record player and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy-neutral using 18 solar panels.

De bus stop direct voor de deur en brengt je binnen 10 minuten naar het station. In de directe omgeving liggen mooie parken en binnen 10 minuten loop je de bossen in.

Nice, cosy and well maintained garden house at walking distance of the historical centre of Amersfoort. You have your own entrance, good facilities and a lot of flexibility from our side to make your stay as comfortable as you wish (eg bike rental, parking). The house is suitable for five persons, ideal for families. On the ground floor we have a living room, kitchen, sleeping corner and bath room. On the second a large bedroom and relax corner. We speak English, German and French.

Everything is within easy reach at this centrally-located place. From the house, you can walk to the forest in 5 minutes, and to the city centre in 5 minutes. There you will find various shops, restaurants and terraces. In 20 minutes' walk, you can reach the train station where you can take the train to all other cities in the Netherlands. The house is stylishly decorated and all the amenities that a house needs are present. The cat you can see in the photos lives in the house.
