You walk right into the woods and with the 2 included Sparta e-bikes you cycle to beautiful places such as the Henschotermeer and the Soesterduinen. Staying at home is also a party: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue, playing records on the record player and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy neutral with 18 solar panels.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Meer dan 40 jaar geleden was dit huisje een oude bakkerij. Nu is het huisje onderdeel van onze tuin en heeft het alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Koken, wassen, een heerlijke regendouche, chillen op de hoek bank, een goed bed. En dat centraal in Amersfoort. Op loopafstand ben je midden in de binnenstad, park Randebroek en op het centraal Station. Amersfoort is door the Academy of Urbanism uitgeroepen tot European City of the Year 2023.

Sfeervol tuinhuis in onze diepe groene achtertuin aan de rand van het centrum van Amersfoort. Buiten wc/douche ruimte, apart van het tuinhuis, alleen voor gebruik van onze gasten. Vrij parkeren in Amersfoort is momenteel (Feb 2025) mogelijk in de wijk Koppel, bijv in de straten: Boogschutter, Voerman, Sextant, Zuiderkruis. Vanaf hier is het ongeveer 10 minuten (750 mtr) lopen naar onze AirBnB.
