Cosy garden house in our lush green backyard on the outskirts of the centre of Amersfoort. Outdoor toilet/shower room, separate from the garden house, for the exclusive use of our guests. Free parking in Amersfoort is currently (March 2026) possible in the Koppel district, for example, in the streets: Boogschutter, Voerman, Sextant, Zuiderkruis, Orion. From here, it is about a 10-minute walk (750 metres) to our Airbnb. Paid parking is available at De Flint theatre, 500 metres from our house.

There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

In a quiet vacation park are our two adjacent wooden vacation homes with large garden with hot tubs, bordering the forest. Both houses have 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people, with beds from Auping. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs. The kitchens include a Quooker, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms have a rain shower and double sink. You will also find the washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet here.

More than 40 years ago, this cottage was an old bakery. Now the cottage is part of our garden and has all the amenities you need. Cooking, washing, a lovely rain shower, chilling on the corner sofa, a good bed. And that is central to Amersfoort. Within walking distance you are in the middle of the city center, Randebroek Park and the central station. Amersfoort has been named European City of the Year 2023 by the Academy of Urbanism.
