Holiday rentals with beach access in American River

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

Great spot for solo travelers. Safe parking. Kerry is very hospitable and responsive. Only disclaimer is home smells like cigarette smoke therefore you and your items will also smell like it. If that doesn’t bother you, then this is a great spot to rest up while passing through Sac.

This is a great Airbnb! The house is spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Shopping is located right around the corner. Reza has been a great host! I have not one bad thing to say about the listing.

Neil home was spacious and clean. The location was conveniently close to Folsom lake. It was a 7 min drive to the nearest boat launch and probably 10min walk to the lake. You can see the lake from upstairs patio. The home had a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking breakfast very convenient. Every room has a bathroom which was a huge plus for big groups. Would highly recommend.

Lettie’s place was a great home base for us while visiting family in Carmichael. We especially loved the location - right at the entrance to the river with miles of walking/running trails. We were two adults and two children and had plenty of space. Will be booking again when we come back!
