Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Tastefully renovated/furnished with designer pieces, with a private outdoor sauna, a sun-facing balcony, and all you need for the mountains: 2 mountain e-bikes, a ski-byke, snowshoes, sledges and a BBQ. The apartment is surrounded by nature, away from the road, yet close to the village. There you will find shopping facilities such as Volg, Spar mini, bakery with coffee and also a restaurant. We also have an indoor pool, where you can enjoy the warm water on the bubble loungers and admire the mountains. The apartment has many toys, a TV with 7 days of replay. The kitchen is well equipped but without a dishwasher. From the living room and bedroom you can see the mountains and Lake Walen.

The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

This apartment was renovated in summer 2019. It is a cozy apartment for 2 - 4 people. It is well connected to public transportation. In just 13 minutes, you can take the PostBus to the nearest ski resort. Beautiful hikes can be made from the front door. Starting from a booking of one night, you will receive the Toggenburger guest card with which you can benefit from many discounts. You can travel for free in Obertoggenburg by public transport.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. Cosy guest room on the upper floor with a private bathroom and a fantastic view of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The living room is for shared use, and there is a small fridge, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Please note: There is no kitchen and no way to cook. Our cat also lives in the attic. We live in a remote area, so a car is an advantage. Parking and seating area with a fire pit are available.

The large apartment is decorated in warm Scandinavian style and has a private sauna (works again thanks to a new oven). Amden offers five ski lifts, countless hiking trails, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs, deep forests and rushing mountain streams. All surrounded by beautiful views. Welcome to the mountains!

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private gym and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
