Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. 50 min from Zurich, end of the road, 1250m above Lake Walensee, usually above the clouds. Sitting directly on the ski slopes/hiking trails, bordered by forest. Tastefully renovated/furnished with designer pieces, with a private outdoor sauna, a sun-facing balcony, and all you need for the mountains: 2 mountain e-bikes, a ski-byke, snowshoes, sledges and a BBQ. Arvenbüel is known as a «Kraft-Ort», a place to recharge. After 7 years and 126 guests rating us 4.98, we think they're onto something.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Newly renovated Chalet by slopes, 2-7 Pax, 4 Rms

Our Beautiful, cosy mountain chalet has been recently renovated with designer furniture. We have newly built a very large terrace with direct access to the garden, with amazing views. The chalet is located an hour drive from Zurich, in Arvenbühl, at 1250m altitude. The chalet is ski in-ski out. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 main bedroom with a queen bed, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and on the top floor (low ceiling), there are 4 additional beds. It is perfect for a family of 2 to 7.

With us you are on the sunny side!

The apartment is surrounded by nature, away from the road, yet close to the village. There you will find shopping facilities such as Volg, Spar mini, bakery with coffee and also a restaurant. We also have an indoor pool, where you can enjoy the warm water on the bubble loungers and admire the mountains. The apartment has many toys, a TV with 7 days of replay. The kitchen is well equipped but without a dishwasher. From the living room and bedroom you can see the mountains and Lake Walen.

The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

GöttiFritz - 360-degree views with breakfast

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. Cosy guest room on the upper floor with a private bathroom and a fantastic view of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The living room is for shared use, and there is a small fridge, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Please note: There is no kitchen and no way to cook. Our cat also lives in the attic. We live in a remote area, so a car is an advantage. Parking and seating area with a fire pit are available.

Welcome to our cozy, bright apartment in the spa town of Amden. An indescribable view awaits you. The large apartment is decorated in warm Scandinavian style and has a private sauna (works again thanks to a new oven). Amden offers five ski lifts, countless hiking trails, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs, deep forests and rushing mountain streams. All surrounded by beautiful views. Welcome to the mountains!

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private gym and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
