Lovely 70 m² house overlooking the sea. Perfect for a couple's getaway (or for 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed) Facing the sea and 200 metres from the shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal walking trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade.
