Le Cocon Asprions welcomes you in the small village of Aspres-les-Corps, 960 m above sea level in the Hautes-Alpes between Grenoble and Gap near the RN85 (Route Napoléon), at the entrance to the Valgaudemar valley, one of the famous valleys of the Écrins National Park. 70 m2 of softness await you in this renovated accommodation, on the ground floor and 1st floor of our village house. This tastefully furnished cocoon has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as it is enjoyable.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Apartment with SPA and garden "Les Grands Prés"

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye and very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, new and unique cottage was made with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening onto the mountains without any overlooking, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
